It was so great to be walking distance to downtown. Having protected parking was really important to us and we appreciated that option. Everything was as advertised and very clean. Had we forgotten any amenities, there were things available to use.

We felt very much at home. Great location. About a 15 minute walk to Broadway. It was nice and quiet and away from all the craziness where the honky tonks are located. Jessica and Tyler were very accurate in their directions to the place and for. check in
We loved staying here! It was the perfect size for the 3 of us, super close to Broadway and everything we wanted to do, and overall an adorable apartment. Jessica and Tyler were great! I couldn’t recommend this place or one of their other listings enough.

This space was comfortable and a few minutes to Broadway on foot. It was clean and just as advertised. Jessica is a great communicator and gives all information needed.
Stay overall was great, the above neighbors were a little loud on one of the nights we stayed. But overall we really enjoyed the stay, everything was easy to get to, and for the price you couldnt beat it!

Great tips for local entertainment, restaurants, shops, etc. We love coffee and it was great to have two coffee machines with plenty coffee in the apartment. Great to have a coffee on the balcony.

Everything was as expected. The list of things do do and recommendations was amazing. Per the recommendation, we did a Joyride tour with Jeff. It was an amazing way to explore the city and learn some music history.
Absolutely enjoyed our stay and will stay with our hosts again. Their website is saved for future bookings. We will also be recommending them to friends traveling.

Excellent location near enough to the attractions to easily walk to many, also far enough away to not be too loud. Clean and comfortable. Hosts were very responsive. They even left a lovely supply of sundries for guests to help themselves in case needed.
We would absolutely stay with Jessica & Tyler again! The unit was perfectly spotless, with anything we could possibly need, and close to everything.
We didnt cook but kitchen was fully set up to. The beds were very comfortable. Shower was great. The neighborhood felt very safe. Wished we could of used the record player but the cord was missing. Great place to stay!!

Very clean and well set up. Walk down to Broadway wasn't bad uphill coming back late at night may want to uber. Wonderfully stocked with anything you could need!! loved the balcony patio.

Hello! Thank you for considering our homes! Our homes are in fantastic locations, carefully chosen areas where we would live ourselves. They are not in "transitional" areas and feature special touches to create a memorable vacation experience. Our offerings include: East Nashville home with a pool and hot tub, accommodating up to 12 guests. Eight trendy and centrally located downtown condos, all in the same complex, accommodating 4-8 people each. Oceanfront condo in Panama City Beach. Amazing private cabin in the mountains. We enjoy exploring new places and have a range of hobbies. Currently, my favorite is wake surfing, while Tyler is an avid scuba diver. Weekends at the lake on our houseboat are another favorite pastime. Personally, I'm into hot yoga, and Tyler enjoys running in our neighborhood. In addition to hosting on Airbnb, I taught 4th grade in East Nashville for 13 years and work as a local realtor, specializing in helping women purchase their first homes. Tyler is a realtor and a proud Nashville native. He is always available to assist our guests and can help you plan a memorable Nashville vacation. We are huge fans of the Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans, attending many of their games.
